New Building for Advanced Research and Production of Carbon Frames for Bicycles “Centrum Badawczo Rozowojowe” in Przasnysz (PL)

The project comprises a two-level office building and a section dedicated to research. The main building facade features a modular sequence alternating between solids and voids, creating a dynamic and offset rhythm between the upper and lower orders. Internally, the layout is "flexible," organized using easily movable partition elements or even affixed to tracks to ensure continuous adaptability. Each space, therefore, is adjustable according to the current needs.
