28 apartments of various measures are distributed around the stairwells or the balcony with variable geometries. The unifying element is given by the roof with two flaps made in wood and bricks. The materials and the colours are different, too, thus underlying the typical dwellings of the pre alpine area. The wooden elements on the facades, the earth tones on the walls and the stone walls recall rural settlements started without a plan but developed in time through additions and modifications.
