"THE SILENT PRESENCE sketches, details, projects"
Accustomed to the clamor of everything, we often forget that behind the realization of architectures and interior spaces there is a long and silent work, made of ideas, research, technique.
Sketches and details constitute the structure of the projects with silent, tenacious and necessary presence. The idea in the sketch requires an immediate time and contains a thought to be developed. The detail is the technical study, it takes a long time and contains the definition of the project. The project is what will be achieved, and is the synthesis of different dynamics and competences: creativity, technical knowledge, functional needs, resources.
During the Milan Design Week (9-14 April) RWA_RUFFO WOLF ARCHITETTI offers a journey through sketches, details, images of realized projects, respectfully inserted in the ordered geometries of the Radetzky coffee. Transferring project materials from his studio to one of the most collective and pulsating places in Brera.
The best design is the one that doesn't impose itself, but lets discovered little by little cues, images, long-lasting surprises.
